Tonight we went out for dinner as is the custom here for us. We eat breakfast, usually lunch at our cabanas and treat ourselves to dinner out of fresh fish. As I have said many times over, we have never had a meal here in Puerto Morelos that we have not enjoyed
On our way we noticed these two cruise ships passing by.
I was able to get some photos of the moon rising from the restaurant we chose for tonight "Las Palmeras"
The menue had a great selection at reasonable prices
Bob's choice of breaded shrimp. This is the first we have had baked potatoes here. They were so good, you could tasted baked all the way through. It was a lovely unexpected treat.
Allan's breaded fish fillet
Edith's garlic shrimp
and I had a fish fillet with cheese, garlic and mushrooms
This dish of vegetables and rice came with it - left overs for lunch tomorrow
The moon rising
Edith admired this cat, one that doesn't have to be cleaned up after.
Bob found some long faces
and I found my favourite salesman who helped me work off some of tonight's dinner
