The tomalley man - he brings tomalleys over from the Colonia and sells them door to door.
These tomalleys are wrapped in Banana leaves and cooked. I understand they are very tedious to make
The tomalleys are totally vegetarian and so good. They are made with corn flour and other stuff. I think they are delicious, but I am the only one out of the 4 of us. What can I say? There is no garlic or butter and I still like 'em.
Often we see venders come through town selling fruit, vegetables, breads, etc.
