We crossed the bridge in Little Current at 6:45 in the morning, the weather was clear with a temp of -20 and windchill of -30. The roads were clear and dry with light traffic.

We had the pleasure of watching the full moon set along the way. If you have never had that experience - it is more beautiful than that of the rising full moon. The moon is bigger and the yellow/orange colour is brighter if you can imagin that. Just awesome!

The trip was none eventful this year, even in the snow squall. We arrived in Tara at around 6:00 P.M., had dinner with Bob and Edith and caught up on conversation since last seeing each other.

A wink and a smile from winter?

We are ready to leave tomorrow morning good and early. Lady has been delivered to the Kennel, the housesitters are in place, Gadget has petsitters she will be comfortable with - and we were packed (and have been since before Chistmas). All is nicely falling into place.
